Well, i want to share my idea of that game~
STORY:
Midna is an imp who always wanted to go to human's world, Hyrule.
But, to go there, she needs Nocthus' help. (Nocthus is a witch)
So, after a quest, Midna and Nocthus change their bodies and Midna goes to Hyrule.
But when she arrives, everyone is alarmed because of Princess' disappearance.
So, she looks for Zelda everywhere, and enters in a cave. Here she obtains Element Rod, which Midna will use to fight.
After going in all temples, she can break the seal of enemy's temple putting the Element Rod with all the Elemental Stones on it. (You get Element Stones after passing a Temple~)
After defeating enemy, she finds Zelda, get her back to Hyrule, and decides to stay forever in Hyrule.
End.
Any suggestions? Any help?
PS1: The two attached images would be "Nocthus' body in Episode 1 and Episode 2, I must make Episode 3 sprite =)

EDIT: As you can see, I'll make it with MC sprites. I LOVE THEM =)
And i'm making it with RPG Maker 2003. Sorry, i can't use anything else, RPG Maker 2003 is pretty easy for me xP
