This year, I turn 18 and am likely to go to Uni. This may mean I could leave ZFGC. Incase this happen, I bring a GIFT to ZFGC. I'm going to fully tile Clocktown.

-How can you help-
Photos of walls and stuff
Ways to improve the map
Tutorials on how to sprite GB

It's an attachment right now. As soon as it's finished it becomes property of ZFGC. This is
my gift. This is my last project Zelda related. EVER.... I enjoyed doing it so I may continue doing GB style.

-Things I need opinion on-

Hm, clock tower will be difficult because if you do make it a tower then it will cover up the passage to North Clock Town. Of course one could "cheat" and make the tower bit transparent when Link walks behind it.

It's good, but REALLY small.

I guess, use ZFGC's old GB Clock Town as a reference:

They're not mine, fools XD.

They're from the old MMGB game what's-his-face was workin' on back in the good ol' days. I thought everyone knew about that map?

Actually I should upload all of these maps I have on my PC. I used to save everything back in the day. I'll get on that...

EDIT: Actually I did sprite something on that map. I did a box:

It's a damn good box. Credit Hoffy.

Just about every sprite on that is mine. :P I was Zac's spriter and tiler. But, if you really want to stick to GB style, I suggest using none of them ahahha.

Hehe, Yeah I was about to say: That MM Clock Town map definitely doesn't at ALL look like GB-style. In fact, it looks a bit too detailed to even be GBC-styled, IMO.

And some of that stuff DEFINITELY looks good for my items sheet (*looks at Boss Masks*)...

I was talking to my friend last night, and he was mentioning about how in 1980, he thought the internet would become this amazing place where people from across the world would share ideas. I was telling him about how this project [KOT] has worked, lurching along for years and drawn by different people from across the globe, and he thought it was beautiful. And he was right, it's awesome. :D

Thanks for the crits and praise. The reason it's small is because I thought that it puts the GB map into proportion. Also I was using a top-down map when making it. I kinda like it how it is. However if the majority dissaprove I can change it. Thanks for the tiles Hoffy I can use those as a reference to spriting correctly.
EDIT: Read all the posts. Maybe I should use it as a reference :P

Anyway, Could you PM me a screenshot of the south side of the scaffolding?

EDIT:I did the scaffolding and the doors. Please gimme crits/praise on them.

I like yours Tetiro, but I think you are Taking the same steps than Sprite Collector, and the colors seems not GB ones.. here is my try:

Actually ALL the colours I've used are from the palette I got from ZFGC.

EDIT:Okay guy's I've got a problem. I have no idea when on my map the postbox near the Clock tower goes. Could someone re-post my map circling where the postbox is?

Looks like yopu already put it in, and it looks good where it is. My only objection is that the town looks like it's a bit small.

No I haven't near the actual Clock tower is a postbox. I dunno where it goes. And the town looks crap if you increase it's size (I've tried). Anyway, I need help.

I dunno how to shade the rest of the slide.
I have no idea what the sides of the posts you jump on(To get to the heart piece in North Clock town) are like.

Please can someone help?

ZFGC's clocktown looks pretty big, and pretty good too aside from the colors. I can't check anything in-game un til I get back home, sorry. I won't object if Clocktown is what you really want to finish on, but IMO it would be a better idea to do a map that hasn't been done before, like Ikana Canyon/Castle. It's an interesting place and hasn't been done before.

I am considering doing all of Termina. How about that for 'hasn't been done before?'
I just need the slide shading opinion now.

Looks good so far, but again, you aren't following GB rules D:, as in 4 colours per tile. Right now it looks like LTTP with GBC tiles in it, for example you aren't using gbc ledges nor fences.
