Ah, so that's what it is.

I dunno. If someone hates the government enough, they're bound to start blaming all sorts of !@#$% on it. Can you blame them? We do have a pretty shitty government.

Not to say I believe in any sort of conspiracies, especially one of such a huge caliber.
