Hmm...it's okay for a first try. Here are a few things I don't like:
-Maybe don't put in the tuba, or trumpet, or whatever starts at the beginning. It sounds weird. I think just the basic instruments would be better.
-The melody itself needs a notes of different length. Don't just use the same speed for the whole song, it gets boring.
-at 0:23 There is an awful high pitched squeal that sounds terrible.
-at 0:36 That weird noise. It was really out of place. Right before it, it sounded cool though. Try extending that part.
-The ending notes were okay, and probably should have been throughout the song.

Don't fret it though, I suck at making music.

edit: also there was no tuba or trumpet XD
it was a trombone

Mmm. I'll try to be as constructive as possible.
Like Kylink said, try not to make every note the same length, it makes it sound so boring. Music needs variety, make sure you add it.
Mabye a different choice of instruments? Don't always just use the first instruments you come across, make sure you use ones that compliment each other.
So many dissonant chords, my ears :P. Fortunately (and sometimes unfortunately) I've got an ear for music, I can hear straight away what sounds good and what doesn't. Unfortunately, if you ain't got it, you ain't got it. In that case, learning a little music theory wouldn't hurt. And make sure you listen to a lot of music, as that will really help you build a style.
Sometimes dissonant chords can really add a feel to the piece, but too many and it's ruined.
Anyway, keep trying, it takes a long time to be able to make things that sound really good.

The opening was horrible...and it didn't get much better.

I would say you really need more practice. Maybe make more repeating sections instead of just random notes that never set a rhythm.

Hmm....hate to say I agree. You need to take a step back and try making music from a different approach. Set simple instruments to get a rhythm, and then put good sounding notes that tie in with the proper note structure. And like I said before, don't just wing it on putting down notes. It needs to have SOME kind of structure.

You really just need basic melodies and themes in your songs. I mean...freeform music is really good in certain instances, but yours isn't, unfortunately - because it's so dissonant, and I don't hear any structure in it. Putting down two or three note chords won't make music, unfortunately.

Listen to Twinkle, Twinkle - one of the most basic songs. It has a theme to it - a rhythm, and a key, and a melody.

I really am trying to be constructive...but how are you making your "songs"?? Like, do you just open up Finale or whatever you use and at random intervals put two random notes? In all seriousness - that's what it sounds like, right now.

EDIT:

I took your piece "Not so happy ending" and created something with a bit of structure from it - just to give you an example of where you can go with your melodies and ideas. Granted, it's only about 10 seconds, but maybe it'll help.
