IBV Reputation: +0/-0 Offline Gender: Posts: 1075	If you have a special mouse you might need to change driver/protocol in the /etc/X11/xorg.conf But if your mouse is the average one, you shouldn't need that (Ubuntu would find the right one, or fail in some other way). Logged

Reputation: +0/-0 Offline Posts: 1066	It worked fine with my touchpad (I'm using a laptop like a desktop), but it didn't work with my external mouse (some Logitech one, I don't know its name). I uninstalled as many unnecessary mouse related packages through Synaptic, and then it worked fine. Logged
