The day has finally come, I'm finished my second, and probably last Zelda fan game. I've been working on this for well over a year, and am quite proud of it, unfortunately I probably don't have the time for such things anymore, so I decided to finish this up and go out with a bang.

Anyway, the game completely dwarfs my previous effort, Darkness Uprising, but seeing as I'm not strong at either coding or graphics, it's probably not up to the standard of some of the stuff in the WIP forum, yet again this is done, with an overworld, bosses, dungeons, and A LOT of stuff to find. I reckon it'll take a good player 3 or 4 hours to find everything (that's 100 pearls and 17 heart containers). Takes me about 2, and I know it like the back of my hand.

I'm aware of a few small glitches, but they're very rare, such as getting stuck in walls, and to me, unavoidable. Also, I know that sometimes an enemy will pin you against a wall and do some hefty damage, but again, it's a step up from the enemies that stand there and drain your life as seen in DU.

As you can tell, the goal here was not perfection, or to make an epic masterpiece. This was simply a practical step up from what I've done, and on that front I do believe it turned out well. Having said that, feel free to pm me with glitches and typos, I'm only one man, and though I've done a lot of beta testing, I likely missed a few things, and would love to one day release a fixed version 2.

So yeah, that's pretty much the end of the rant. Feel free to add this to your Zelda sites, or whatever sites you might have. Shop it around forums, I don't care. Though I'd prefer if I got credited (if not, I'm splashed over the end credits anyway).

It's good, and maybe one of my favourite fan games of all time, but gah, combat is stupid. Stupid Forest boss gets me in a corner and kills me every time.

That, and some of the solutions are really obtuse. I know we've already discussed this, but how the !@#$% was that meant to be a plant?

It's sad to see that an Real Completed Zelda Fangame gets less attention then an W.I.P Zelda Fangame...

I had to sneak-download it; when I'm ungrounded I will be sure to play it for real.

Grats on actually finishing a fangame...seems like it never happens >_>

Hey, someone's actually finished a LoZ fan game... But wait, you'd made Darkness Uprising, hadn't you? So it's not your only one.

Anyway, I can't play it now, as I'm in Texas and am not using my own computer. But when I return to New Hampshire, I will be sure to check this out, as it looks pretty good.

If only there were more like you, Imfletcher. Not ambitious, understanding of their own abilities and the ability to create a completed game through them. Very nice.

No one can blame you for having this as your last fan game, as you've made 2 already.

M'hm, i'll be playing this tomorrow when I get home from school. I always say that seeing a fully completed game is done (NOT including minigames), so I congratulate you on a job well done!

Congratulations. Even though I haven't already played it, but will soon, I already played your last game (I hope this one isn't as much hard :P) and already have a small idea of the game.
You are an example to the whole ZFGC for your hard work, dedication and for not giving up on it... :)
One more time, congratulations.
I'm gonna play it pretty soon, but I'm sure it's a good game.
I also hope this gets the attention it deserves...

I played it. It was great! A FINISHED fan-game!  :o That's an acomplishment. (hope I spelled that right...) There are just a few things I didn't like.
1. collisions. They were...not really precise.
2.Some graphics weren't really Lttp style.

Appart that, I'm stil impressed! Keep it up!

Singular, sprite, not sprites the plural. And using it twice doesn't count, it's still just one sprite.
