Tutorial - Step 4: Expansion to commands
Note that this step is really optional. With the first three steps,
you've already mastered the technique of getting on #ZFGC. Most of
these options really require mIRC or another chat client.
| Disabling MP3-scripts
If you are annoyed by the MP3 scripts that pop up on the
chanel, you can simply choose to not view them, or not let them
flash up the window-icon. In order to execute this, go to the
Scripts Editor (this is the icon on the toolbar that says
"/a" in a green square", and then select "Remote".
Insert the following:
If you are annoyed because they light up windows that aren't active,
on *:text:*mp3*:{
//echo $channel < $+ $nick $+ > $1
halt
}
Otherwise, if mp3 scripts just bother you and you'd prefer not see them
on *:text:*mp3*:{
halt
}
Note that if you choose the second, some text may be missed if people
talk about mp3s in general.

| Making mIRC join #zfgc
and identify your nickname on startup
To do this, you must go to Options (the hammer with the
folder-icon). Now go to the section Connect > Servers. Add
Windfyre to the servers. On IRC server, fill in irc.windfyre.net. Set Port(s) to 7000 and leave the rest
blank. Now go to Connect > Options and check "Connect on
Startup". Now, click on the same tab the button "Perform".
Check the box "Enable perform on startup". Add "/join
#zfgc" and "/ns identify <password>" to the
box that is most likely empty.
